A 1906 Pope-Toledo Touring Car

A Pope-Toledo type XII 35-40 h.p. touring car looking a little worse for the wear is shown in this postcard photo. It looks like it maybe a couple of years old, is a bit weathered and is missing the drive-chain case and a headlight lens. The advertising copy from the Salt Lake City, Goodwin’s Weekly, June 9, 1906, shows us the same car and also tells us how they were shown to be giving good service in the area. The Old Motor photo.
