Of the four cars parked facing us, the second looks to be a 1961 Pontiac Bonneville and the fourth a 1960 Plymouth Valiant. So 1961 looks likely …

The first car on the left is a 1960 Oldsmobile and the next car is a 1961 Pontiac Tempest 4dr.
The car parked behind the ’57 Chevy and besides the passing by ’58 Chevy is a 1962 Studebaker Lark. So the year must be 1962 or at least late 1961. In that case the Stude would be brand new.
