Two photos of the Duesenberg factory floor, from the Fred Roe Collection, taken during the time the Model A was manufactured, between 1922-26. The top image is showing the inspection department, with a rack full of crankshafts and an inspector checking one out on a surface plate in the center rear. The photo below shows the machining area, with brake drums being machined on a lathe to the right. Behind that we can see stacks of crankcases and cylinder heads. Photos courtesy of Racemaker Press.
